Short bio
Bachelor in Biochemistry and PhD in Biotechnology by University of Barcelona (UB). Master in biotechnology management and Master in management development, coaching and emotional intelligence. She has devoted her entire professional career to the management of innovation in public and private organizations. Beyond her duties as professor at UAB, she is a co-founder at Onalabs Inno-Hub S.L. and at Cliclab Transformative Agent S.L.
General research lines
Her research focuses on the methodologies that measure and quantify social impact. In addition, she also analyses the socioeconomic impact of innovation management and knowledge transfer through patents, licensing agreements, technology based new companies and collabarative associations.
