Short bio

Bachelor in Business Administration (UB), Global Executive MBA (IESE), PhD Candidate (EFOS, Croatia).

She is currently a member of the European Union work group contributing to the W20 official group in female entrepreneurship and social inclusion. She is also a board member in WeGate, the European Comission platform that suports female entrepreneurs and the Aurora Program.

In her professional career in the area of early stage business creation and finance, she has held several positions at organizations such as Multilaterals (ie., Inter-American Development Bank), universities (IESE) and associations (Asociación Española de Business Angel Networks, AEBAN), among others. She is also a coach (+250 coachees), evaluator (+ 3000 projects) and consultant in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Comission and the European Business Angel Network.

Her research focuses in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial finance (business angel and venture capital).
